Amy Adams is a global entrepreneur, business leader, and mentor dedicated to helping women build successful businesses with confidence, clarity, and balance — without sacrificing their voice, values, or relationships.
With more than 20 years of international experience across real estate development, hospitality, business development, and global trade, Amy has led complex projects spanning China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. Her background includes deep expertise in foreign trade, investments, finance, logistics, contract negotiations, client relations, and operational leadership.
Amy has served as Chief of Operations for international investment and trade companies in Asia, working closely with multinational partners and government agencies. She maintains long-standing professional relationships with the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, as well as with multiple U.S. state and federal departments. She also played a key role in launching and scaling several German-based import firms in major Chinese business hubs including Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing.
Born and raised in Changsha, Hunan Province, China, Amy brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to leadership and entrepreneurship. She holds bachelor’s degrees from Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai Foreign Languages University, and is a reserved fellow at the Shanghai Foreign Trade Corporation.
